Why doesn't my Report data align with my Dashboard data?

The data in the Dashboard Snapshots are based on the time zone you selected when you setup your account. The data in the Reports section of the UI is based on GMT. The data reflected in the Site & App Report will align with the amount you are paid.

How do I save a default view?

In the Reports section of the UI you can customize your reports and save the views for future reference by configuring the report as you want it saved. Once configured, click on ‘My Views for This Report’, name your report and click ‘Save’. The saved report will show within the ‘My Custom Views’ list.

Can I get my report emailed to me?

Yes, there is an email subscription feature available on each of the reports within the Reports section of the UI. Click on the ‘Email Subscription’ button at the top right of the page. This is where you can manage your email subscriptions and create new ones. To create a new subscription, click the ‘+New Subscription’ button, fill out the required information, select your report, and click the ‘Configure Report’ button. Configure the report as how you want it to be sent to you, then click ‘Done’. Once the report is configured, change the status to ‘Active’ in the top right corner and select ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen.

Can I edit my saved report subscription?

Yes, once your saved report has been created, you can make changes to your report. Navigate back to the report you are looking to edit and click on the ‘Email Subscription’ button at the top right of the page. A list of your saved reports will appear that you can make edits to. Click on the subscription name and it will take you back to the page where you created your report. From there, you can make changes and edits to your reporting.

How far back does the data in Reports go?

The data in the Reports section is provided daily for the last 60 days and monthly for the last 12 months. If you would like data outside of these ranges, please contact your account representative or Conversant Publisher Support here.

How can I see a monthly roll up of my data?

To see a monthly roll up of your data, navigate to the Reports section of the UI and choose the report you want to view. Within the report, change the ‘Time Type’ drop down to Monthly. There are Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Summary options available.


Payments

When will I be paid?

All payments are issued on the 20th of the month for the previous months' earnings. If the 20th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will go out the last business day before the weekend or holiday.

**Changes made after the 3rd of the month will take effect with the following month's payment cycle. 

How can I access my payment history?

You can access your payment history by navigating to the Payments report under the Reports section.
